Scientific studies also proved that morning persons are usually the most productive rather than who are not.

So what are the reason why successful people tend to wake up early?

ANTICIPATE

If you're an entrepreneur first thing in your list is to be ready when you step up in your office, you'll be reading the daily news papers, watching the news and you are already in the head of the game. There's no surprises and worst things can be avoided.

CLEAR MIND

If you believe that you can think and work efficiently in night, you might be wrong the whole time, you may find some difficulties like getting sleepy caused by the wasted energy you rendered all day at work. You feel very sleepy because of the peaceful environment producing by the night time, instead of being concentrated and focused on what you are doing, the sleepiness you're felting is distracting you.

REFRESHED

You feel refreshed in the morning than night time because you had already slept and recharged your brain in your 7-9 hours of sleep. This refreshment gives you a more comfortable feeling, giving you a good mood and positive outlook ahead of the day.

SAVES TIME

Admit it, if you wake up late you are troubled in catching up with time, you tend to forget things even if you already prepared what you need at night. You can really save a lot of time, instead of fixing yourself at the office, you have already done it at home, instead of eating breakfast in the office, you have already done it at home, instead of working out in the evening, you have already done it in the morning at home and etc. In a hundred percent (100%) of work needed to be done for the whole day forty(40%) percent of it is already done first thing in the morning.

FEELING VERY OPTIMISTIC

Studies show that when you complete your rest of sleep, you developed a good mood upon waking up in the morning, this helps you to be motivated in finishing things that needs to be done. Happy mood creates happy results and Bad mood creates bad results.

Conclusion:

Based on personal experience, these things are true and proven true, if you're one of the people who still do not believe and still doing it the wrong way, try to apply this in your life or daily routine, surely positive results will come and eventually you will be making it a daily habit after all, rich and successful people are living example of this kind of habit.
