Pastry Trend: Rainbow Bagel!



There's a type of pastry that's making a lot of noise in the social media right now, perhaps the most wonderful thing you want to see through your day and it is called " The Rainbow Bagel".

Bagels are originally came from Poland, usually shaped by hand forming a ring from yeasted wheat dough, which is firstly boiled in the water for a short period of time and then baked.

Named as "The most beautiful bagel in the world", owner Scott Rosillo of the famous The Bagel Store in Brooklyn, New York has been making these wonderful creations for almost twenty years.


The neon colors provides that distinct eye catching colors of the dough, after the mixing of the ingredients in making the dough it was then cut in specific portion to shape into mounds, 


The mounts are flattened and layered to be stacked with other different color of mounds. 



The dough is sliced and perfectly rolled and sliced at their end and connected to each other to make a ring shaped dough.





After baked, the bagels are topped with a schmear of Funtenni Cream Cheese, made with real cake mix


Described by many who has already tasted the bagel, it's pretty much like cereal cake which they would love to eat as for their breakfast meal.
