Dance To The Other World - Part 5 TRANSTITION
There was a moment of silence in the crowd, all of them has been shocked of what happened. The sudden turn of event froze them for a moment as John hugged me so tightly.
"John? What's the meaning of this? What are you doing? You're part of this!..." as Dane shouted in anger.
John whispered in my ear "Listen... I will cut you lose, run towards down the river I'll meet you there." I looked him in the eyes "Are you sure about this?"
"Yes, don't worry about me. I'll be fine." he replied.
I felt the rope losing it's grip, as soon as the roped detached to my body I ran several steps away from them and look back to John.
"Go! Now!" as he protects the path towards me. He was there standing to hold anyone who would try to pass him.
I ran quickly even though I don't know the right direction to the river, As I am running in the path through the woods, questions starting to pour on my head like, 'Why I am running from them?'
It seems like I'm running for my life, their only intention is to humiliate me in front of all the people in the party. I heard the gush of the waters in the rocks, as I picture the river is near on my location. I followed the noise and stopped as I arrived in the riverside.
I waited for several minutes, afraid and scared, the darkness and weird noises that the forest makes me uneasy and uncomfortable. As I almost fell asleep a door of light appeared near me, it illuminates all over the river, like a magical door come out of nowhere.
"Sorry for keeping you waiting...." a silhouette of a man draws out of the magical door. It was John.
I can't believe what I saw, as If I'm still dreaming, a phenomenon that only in my dreams can come true, only in the world of Xenix.
The door light shuts off as he steps forward.
"How did you did it?" I asked quickly
"Just a few magical tricks." he answered.
Amused of the so called 'magic trick', I forgot to ask him what happened back there.
"What did you do to them?"
"I erased their memories and sent them back to the party, I erased all of it and replace memories that would cover the reason why they are in the woods."
It's like the movies I've watched, erasing someone's memories and replaces memories.
"Our world is the parallel world of Xenix, by making two worlds crosses in one dimension, reality can become dreams." he explained in low toned voice.
"I didn't get it" I replied back
"Picture a liquid of water and oil, the two can't be mixed together but the help of suitable emulsifying agent, unification of liquids can be possible, it a simple science really" as he explains
"If our world is the water and the Xenix is the oil, what did you use as emulsifying agent?"
"My brain of course! I visualize what is real and unreal, balancing the two, then I hypnotized my brain to function in an abnormal state that triggers the emulsification, the environment reacted that cause our world and Xenix co-exist together." he explained further
"That's not even possible! There's no such thing like that!" I shouted in my disbelief. As if my brain is starting to hurt even more and unable to comprehend. Even in modern science in my generation cannot prove it as true.
